Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Electronic Afterlife artwork. Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Each piece is carefully packaged for shipment. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery. Please include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box so we can evaluate the damage and, when applicable, file a claim with the carrier.

Because each Electronic Afterlife piece is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, replacement with an identical piece may not be possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.
