Shipping

Electronic Afterlife artwork is carefully packaged and shipped from Fort Worth, Texas. Because each piece is unique and may require different packaging, processing times may vary. Most orders are expected to ship within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size and weight. Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Orders are generally shipped via UPS Ground. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided by email.

Packaging

Each piece is individually packaged to help protect the artwork during transit. Packaging materials and box sizes may vary depending on the dimensions and construction of the piece.

Delivery

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please inspect your artwork promptly after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box so we can evaluate the damage and assist you.
