1970's Kodak 110 Camera

There was a particular anticipation to taking pictures on film. You looked through the viewfinder, composed the moment, pressed the shutter, and waited. There was no instant preview, no opportunity to scroll through a dozen nearly identical photographs, and no guarantee that the moment had been captured exactly as imagined. Every photograph began with a little faith.

Kodak helped make everyday photography part of family vacations, celebrations, and ordinary life. The Ektralite 10 recalls the era of compact, accessible cameras designed to preserve memories without complicated equipment. Its lens, controls, and familiar camera body evoke a time when photographs were physical keepsakes, and the excitement of seeing them began long before the film was developed.

Reimagined in Plasma Purple, Caution Yellow, and Cathode Pink, this Kodak camera becomes a one-of-a-kind Electronic Afterlife artwork. A device once made to capture memories now serves as a reminder of the technology that helped create them.
